Patricia Lucas

"l visited their Ipswich practice recently and I couldn't recommend them enough! They were so welcoming and friendly. I didn't have to wait at all, they saw me straight away. When performing my check up, the optometrist went over some tests a couple of times to make sure I was happy with the results! I will definitely be visiting them from now on!!"

Owen Barrett

"l have a high glasses prescription and I need to have a trusted relationship with my opticians. I've moved my opticians from Boots to The Observatory as I kept seeing different people everytime at Boots. The service at the Observatory is great and I get to see the same optometrist every time. The choices of glasses frames are more European so the styles are nicer than the same boring frames in Boots and the larger opticians".
