Joanna, who has been with us since 2008, provides her patients with an outstanding service and customer experience. Joanna is always keen to increase her optical knowledge and pass this on to her patients.

Emma has been with us since leaving school in 2002. She has developed her skills in both optics and business, providing a knowledgeable, professional and highly personal experience to her customers.

Lucy joined us in 2019, having working in optics for four years. She always gives service with a smile, and has a real passion for frames. This, coupled with her extensive lens knowledge and professionalism, means every customer gets the very best eyewear for their needs.

Aimee studied Behavioural Science at Flinders University in South Australia before undertaking a Masters in Audiology. Following her qualification, she then worked as an Audiologist in Queensland for three years before moving to the UK. It was after her move that Aimee then undertook a role within the NHS as a Chief Audiologist, until she decided to join The Hearing Care Partnership at Observatory.

Vickie has 17 years of optical experience and really enjoys interacting with patients. She prides herself on finding the best frame and lens options for them.

Graham joined us after a long career in facilities management. He’s passionate about glasses and ensuring our patients have a pleasant visit.

Luxshiny joined the Practice in 2020 and is usually based in Halstead, but works some days in Haverhill. Prior to this, she worked in optics for 5 years. Luxshiny has a real passion for constantly developing and nurturing her skills, ensuring that she never fails to provide the very best care for her patients.

Jo gets great joy helping people and positively improving their lives. Within her role, she loves learning all about hearing, the ears and ways of enhancing her patients' lives.

Leanne has been working in the optical industry since 2005 and has developed a keen eye for styling eyewear that blends both function and fashion. She’s skilled in selecting frames that complement a patient’s face shape and personal style, ensuring both comfort and confidence in their glasses.

Debbie joined us in 2022 having worked in Optics for 13 years.She takes real pride in finding the perfect frame and lens combination for every patient she sees, and her kind and friendly manner makes her popular with staff and patients.
